In 1867, William R. Anderson bought this lot in 1867. This property was originally part of the Starkey McCulley Block until the existing building was constructed around 1900. The building is notable in that the second-story fenestration and exterior sheathing have changed liitle since it's construction. Today the building houses a jewelry and art store.
