This Water Tower is just off Highway 3 on the west side of Killarney, Manitoba.

Killarney is a large town of about 2,200 that is 100 km south of Brandon and 20 km north of the US border.
The white lollipop water tower has a "Killarney" and a large green shamrock on it.
