This was the original beacon which was created before any of these water reservoirs were build. The other beacon was build afterwards on top of the then highest tower. The new tower was build a few years ago and stand out above the others but do not have a trig beacon.
As this beacon is on ground level, you have to enter through the gate or but if the gate is closed, you can still see it from there.
Visit Instructions:We don't require you to provide any specific proof of your visit, but we do request that you upload photos if possible, the more the merrier.
Ideally, you should try to take photos at the actual beacon location, but if that isn't possible (private property, terrain, etc), then photos taken from a distance are also welcome, especially if the beacon is visible in the photo.
