This beacon is on top of Rhenosterkop a few kms south of Nelspruit. It's on private property, and can only be accessed by arrangement with the owners of Chimp Eden, or by contacting cacher "Chimpguy" who works there.

If you have a 4x4 with low range, then you should be able to drive to within about 100m of the beacon. Alternatively, park near the airfield and walk about 1km to the beacon.
The poles and vanes are missing, and the base has some damage too, but surprisingly the base has been repainted quite recently.
Visit Instructions:We don't require you to provide any specific proof of your visit, but we do request that you upload photos if possible, the more the merrier.
Ideally, you should try to take photos at the actual beacon location, but if that isn't possible (private property, terrain, etc), then photos taken from a distance are also welcome, especially if the beacon is visible in the photo.
