Now called "The Trails of Walnut Creek", this apartment complex is what they used in the film _Office Space_ for the exteriors of the apartment complex that Peter (the main character) and Lawrence (his neighbor) lived in.

_Office Space_ is a comedic tale of company workers who hate their jobs and decide to rebel against their greedy boss.
