This benchmark is found affixed to the gazebo over the Soda Springs in Steamboat Springs. This benchmark is stamped that it was RESET in 1989.

This is the 'Soda Spring' with a temperature of 60°F (15.55 C) situated along the Yampa River. This spring was naturally effervescent, but the flow was disrupted by the construction of the highway.
