DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1985 2.5 KM (1.55 MI) SW FROM REDDING RIDGE. 2.5 KM (1.55 MI) SOUTHWEST ALONG CROSS HIGHWAY FROM THE JUNCTION OF STATE HIGHWAY 58 IN REDDING RIDGE TO THE MARK ON THE RIGHT, 12.3 METERS (40.4 FT) NORTH OF THE CENTER OF CROSS HIGHWAY, 30.1 METERS (99.0 FT) EAST OF THE CENTERLINE OF SHERMAN TURNPIKE, 19.5 METERS (64.0 FT) SOUTHEAST OF A FLAG POLE, 16.6 METERS (54.5 FT) EAST OF A LARGE BOULDER WITH A MEMORIAL PLAQUE ATTACHED, 12.4 METERS (41.0 FT) SOUTH OF THE CENTER OF A SIDE STREET THAT FORMS A TRIANGLE WITH CROSS HIGHWAY AND SHERMAN TURNPIKE. NOTE--ACCESS TO DATUM POINT IS HAD THROUGH A 5-INCH LOGO CAP.

I had the most success measuring from the memorial stone going east.
