An art-deco style structure built in 1932 after the county seat was moved from the town of Jacksonville to Medford. The three-story building with basement and attic is constructed of reinforced concrete with limestone exterior cladding and terra cotta ornament. Interior office spaces have been re-partitioned for use by county officials. No longer used for actual court proceedings, the nearby Justice Building now houses the Oregon Circuit Court for Jackson County.
