Kota Bharu is the capital of the north eastern Malaysian state of Kelatan, in west Malaysia. As such, it has a tower clock. This clock is in the government precinct of the city and stands on the Kelantan River. I would estimate ten metres hight, and certainly impressive in design. I believe the possibly unfinished structure to be related to river transport, but no signage at the time of my visit (late 2012). Possibly, it will be possible to ascend, but not at this time.
The clock face is white, which black, Roman characters. It told the correct time at the time of my visit.
