This modestly ornamented Queen Anne was built in 1902 for Henry Fawk, a farmer and real estate investor who lived in the house with is family until 1907. With it's gambrel roof this house is, according to the historic nomination form, the best preserved two-story Queen Anne in Salem. It was the first house built in Fairmount Park, one of the most prestigious neighborhoods in Salem. The architect of the house is unknown. The house has been recently restored.
