This one and one-half story Queen Anne was built for Dr. Carleton Smith, a physician and state legislator. It features a steeply pitched gable roof, an octagonal tower, stained glass windows, patterned shingles and a porch. The building was originally located at 1153 Oak Street but was moved to this location in 1967. Today it houses a family massage therapy business.
