DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1952 (LWS) STATION IS THE METAL BALL AT THE APEX OF THE ROOF OF A LARGE, 4 LEGGED, STEEL WATER TANK, ABOUT 135 FEET HIGH, PAINTED SILVER AND LOCATED NEAR THE CENTER OF THE TOWN OF KOUTS.
