This mural of Icarus is found on the western wall of the Wyatt Building, a historic contributing Italianate structure in the Albany Downtown Commercial District. It was painted by Seth Jefferson of Lebanon, Oregon in 2009. The mural is controversial as stylistically it stands in contrast to the Victorian-era architecture of the historic district.
