On the side of a building at Main and Division in Union City, a primitive mural has been painted on the plastered-over brick.
The mural is not professionally done, but still depicts a railroad depot and water tower, and a locomotive which was the heart of the early beginnings of so many Oklahoma towns.
Union City is located in Canadian County, southwest of Oklahoma City. Its population in the 2010 census was 1645. The town was established as Union after the Run of 1889.
