I (Mama Blaster) remember the Kip's Big Boy on South University Drive in Fort Worth TX. It was my favorite place for hamburgers, just because of this statue.
When Kip's went out of business, I was very sad.
Fast forward more years than I will admit, and here is another chance to eat near a Kip's statue, not to far away in Irving!
This diner is located in the 100 block of South Main Street at Irving Blvd, in the old Big State Drug Store, now a soda fountain and diner.
