This installation is owned and operated by the Salem Repeater Association. It is set atop Prospect Hill at 1,100 feet, the highest point in the Salem Hills. It has a backup power supply in case of outage. The antenna itself is on private property, and can be best viewed from Skyline Road, at N 44° 51.176 W 123° 06.758.
