A single die machine that costs 75 cents plus the penny to operate.
The Children’s Museum of Richmond is located at 2626 W. Broad Street. The coordinates were taken in front of the entrance.
The machine is located within the museum and you may have to pay an entrance fee to use the press. The first time I went, they let me go in to smash a penny and not pay the admission. The second time they had a few pressed pennies at the front register- but it was a post ‘82 penny (but it didn‘t cost 71 cents).
You can only reach the machine during their hours of operation which vary. It’s best to check out there
WEBSITE before you make a trip.
