City Park Time Capsule - Hagerstown, MD - Time Capsules on Waymarking.com

Time capsule located on the grounds of the Washington County Museum of Fine Art, situated on the north side of City Park in Hagerstown.

The capsule, encased in granite with a bronze marker, was presented by the Community Action Youth Services Council to the People of Washington County.

The capsule was presented 7 July, 1976, to be opened in 2026.
