This mural features soaring eagles that are very prevalent around Libby area. Libby is nicknamed "The City of Eagles" and murals such as this and others have eagles featured flying over the Libby Valley.

In this mural the eagles are soaring over the Libby Valley region with a backdrop where the Cabinet Mountains meet the Kootenai River.

Painted by local artists it is one of the larger murals in the area. Some of the names are illegible and are not listed below.
