In 1979 the area near the Goods Shed was spruced up as a Manx Millennium project and designated Ballaugh Park.The Goods shed was restored by Ballaugh Cubs in 1995. although the main station building was not so fortunate, having been demolished and a bungalow erected on the same spot.
