This Town Clock has only two faces, being held aloft by four steep metal stays. One faces 'north', and the other 'south'.
The faces would be approximately 500 mm diameter, with a white background.
There are Arabic numbers (1 to 12) around, with small minute ticks, and darker/larger ones for each five minutes.
The minute hand is quite thin, and rectangular; with the hour hand also rectangular, but shorter and broader. From a distance they look quite similar to a clock you may see in a school classroom.
[Interestingly, they still have the makers' name on them - SEIKO!]
Atop the faces is a 'anti-perch' protrusion with spikes to deter birds from resting on it. Below the faces are four short white arms that are equally spaced, and angled up, at about 45°. [Significance is unknown.]
