Kristiansand Domkirke ligger centralt placeret midt i byen. Kirken blev indviet i 1885 og er den fjerde kirke på denne placering. Kirken er hovedkirke for Agder og Telemark bispedømme. Kirken er tegnet af arkitekt
Henrik Thrap-Meyer. For at udnytte murene fra den forrige kirke, som brændte i 1880, blev alteret anlagt mod Vest og ikke mod Øst som det ellers er almindeligt i kirker. Kirken har plads til 1500 mennesker og har åbent nogle timer hver dag.

Henrik Thrap-Meyer. To reuse the walls that was left after the fire in 1880 the altar was placed in the Western part of the church and not in the Eastern which most common. The church has room for 1500 people and has open every day.
