Le cinéma Capitol, cité monument historique, est un bâtiment à fonction récréative de style Art déco construit en 1937. S'élevant sur deux niveaux, la façade est revêtue de panneaux de ciment léger et est coiffée d'un toit plat. Une tour centrale rectangulaire, supportant une grande enseigne verticale, s'élève à partir du niveau supérieur et surplombe le bâtiment. La désignation ne s'applique qu'à la façade de l'édifice. Le cinéma Capitol est situé en bordure de la voie publique, dans le centre-ville de Drummondville.
