If you haven't called it in, they'll take your order right there at the counter when you come through the door, and the menu is right in front of you, up high. Sandwiches, plates, and by-the-pound are your options, and they include brisket (chopped and sliced), ham, and sausage. Sides are potato salad and pinto beans, and they'll top off your plate with a big jalapeño, a pickle, and a slice of onion. Sauce is available if you need it, but frankly, the brisket and sausage are best without it, although a dab won't hurt you. Soft drinks and iced tea are available and service is wonderful.
