The Tempe Arizona Monopoly Game is located in the Tempe Historical Museum. It features a number of businesses that were in existence at the time the game was released. Most of them are out of business but the Fiesta Inn is still open although under a new name. The Inn is now a Doubletree Hotel property. The Fiesta Inn, on the board, is the second position down from the upper right corner. It would be green on a normal board.
