This Peace Pole is in an interesting little park, which is also worth a visit due to the other items of interest in it. Make sure to take a look at the giant green Adirondack Chair nearby! You also will enjoy a nice view of the Mississippi River area, complete with the bluffs on the opposite side.

Judging from an article on the fortroadfederation.org website, this Peace Pole was placed in June of 1997 by Girl Scout Cadett Troop 464. It is made entirely of wood with engraved lettering, is 12 feet in length, and 12 inches square.

Languages: English, Czech, Hmong, and Spanish

Made of: Wood
