From the junction of Interstate Highway 79 and State Highway 358 at Exit 130 in New Vernon Township, go southeast for 0.2 mile on Highway 358 to a crossroads. Turn left and go north for 0.8 mile on Billy Boyd Road to the azimuth mark on the right. The mark is a standard disk stamped ---DODSON 1959--- and is set in the top of a concrete post which projects 2 inches above the surface of the ground. It is 37.0 feet north of the centerline of a dirt driveway leading east, 24.0 feet east of the centerline of the road, and 1.4 feet south of a standard metal witness post.
