A rectangular unmounted font standing on a chamfered plinth. Late 12th- or early 13th-century. Each of its sides is covered with an unusual incised pattern of diagonal lines in four panels. It has a modern flat oak cover which is dedicated to Rev. Joseph Place, Rector of the parish 1861 - 1878.
