On the western side of the New England Highway, north of Deepwater community, and SW of the community of Bolivia, is this ovoid granite boulder that appeared to be balancing on its point as I was driving north. From the road side view it has a flat face, on which has been painted "ETERNITY", about 20cm high in script. This is nothing like the copper-plate script of the famed Arthur Stace, whose yellow chalk written words on Sydney footpaths from 1930 to the 1960's made him so well known that at the 2000 New Years Eve fireworks display on the Sydney Harbour Bridge, his script was duplicated 'for the World to see'. [Also brought to the world at the Sydney Olympic Games in 2000]

Access: Available 24/7; parking is a little 'sketchy', being right beside the highway, but the shoulder of the road is fairly gentle, and firm.

[I was driving slowly near here, as I was trying to find a way to an 'unlisted' Trig Point to the NE (TS6545 - Bolivia), possibly accessible from either Chile Fire Trail, or Peru Fire Trail - "Go Figure"!!!]
