An adult all season ticket was $235 (all pools), or $180 for one pool. The pool is closed on Mondays. In 2022 the Tamworth Regional Council put out a survey to find out if there was a warranted need to open at other times, eg., early in the morning. Facilities include:
- Outdoor 50 metre, six lane pool, shaded at the shallow end
- Shade covered infants’ wading pool
- Kiosk offering hot and cold food and beverages
- Covered seating area, grassed terrace spectator area and picnic tables
- Childrens’ playground

The pool was officially opened in September 1967, by the Minister for Public Works, Davis Hughes.
