The 7-Eleven sells Mobil fuel (as is mostly common in Australia), but about half the size of this building is taken up with a McDonald's franchise. The fuel price was one of the more expensive that I saw while on a road trip to Ipswich to check on an investment property. The courtyard is very flat, so easily wheelchair accessible.
The Postal Address could be for the 'rear-entry', while the usual access is off Hope Island Road. Round-abouts to the east allow easy access to any direction you want to go.
