For Sam Cielakie, it all began in 2005 when a few people asked if he knew how to cook a whole hog for a big party. Well, he didn’t know how to cook a whole hog, but he was determined to learn. A friend helped him dig a four foot hole in the ground and gave it a try. The pig turned out as black as a piece of charcoal, but everyone loved it and Sweet N Sassy BBQ was born."
Sweet-n-Sassy BBQ in Fredericksburg, Virginia smokes all of their meats on site and has spectacular ribs, pulled pork, and more. They have an amazing smoked Mac and Cheese that is made with their own specialty dry rub mixed in.
They have no indoor seating, but they do offer outdoor, covered picnic tables.
