The postmodern style office building, at One Citizens Plaza, is situated downtown where the Woonasquatucket and Moshassuck Rivers meet. It has 13 floors and rises to a height of 180 feet. The exterior is covered by polished russet colored stone and punctured with rows of mostly homogeneous undersized windows, with the exception of the corners' larger glazing. Viewed from above, it is a triangle with round turrets integrated at each corner. Designed by Jung/Brannen Associates, formerly of Boston, Massachusetts, it was completed in 1991.
