NOTRE HISTOIRE
Le C.COM C@fé a été créé en 1999 par Melle Cécile DANION. Celle-ci est tombée littéralement amoureuse des pâtisseries anglo-saxonnes. Elle voulait, à Quimper, son coffee shop à elle et retrouver l’ambiance qu’elle aimait à Londres ou de l’autre côté de l’Atlantique où vit sa sœur.
Elle a mis son dévolu sur l’emplacement actuel à Quimper et, au fil des années, elle a transformé, amélioré, agrandi le café afin de toujours mieux satisfaire la clientèle qui adhérait au concept.
A force de travail et de persévérance, elle a su s’imposer et développer une gamme parfaite de muffins, brownie et crumbles, indiscutablement les meilleurs de la région, voire…..,.
En 2012, Louise Guyomarc’h, pâtissière formée chez Olivier Belin 2** michelin à Plomodiern reprend le flambeau et apporte des idées nouvelles en matière de pâtisserie : crumbles variés, cheese cakes, cupcakes, cookies, triffles, cakes au fruits…etc…
Le C.COM C@fé bénéficie d’un emplacement remarquable à Quimper, en face des halles, avec sa grande terrasse colorée et ensoleillée, surplombant la rivière Le Steir.
La cuisine y est simple (sandwichs, salades, plats chauds en hiver…) mais sophistiquée (recettes anglo-saxonnes, saveurs du monde, «cuisine fusion», recettes végétariennes ou diététiques, sucré-salé…).
Les recettes sont préparées tous les matins. A part le taboulé, la mayonnaise, les fruits au sirop, tout est fait maison et fabriqué avec, majoritairement, des produits frais.
En février 2014, le C.COM c@fé a fait un petit, 26 rue de Siam à Brest. Tant mieux pour les Brestois, qui n’ont plus besoin de se déplacer à Quimper pour déguster de bons muffins.
FONCTIONNEMENT
Le fonctionnement du C.COM C@fé peut parfois surprendre : le client passe sa commande au comptoir, comme dans un fast food. Il paie tout d’avance et, ensuite, il va s’assoir, soit à l’intérieur, soit en terrasse. Dès que sa commande est prête, elle lui est servie à table, avec une vraie assiette, de vrais couverts et un vrai sourrire.
Tous les produits de la carte peuvent être commandés sur place, bien sûr, ou à emporter. Le C.COM c@fé dispose de tous les contenants, utiles et pratiques, pour que vous puissiez déjeuner ou grignoter au bureau, chez vous, pour un pique-nique ou en vous baladant.
Tous les mois, un jeune artiste expose ses productions pour, à la fois, habiller les murs des restaurants et pour le plaisir des clients.
Des ordinateurs et un imprimante peuvent vous rendre service, par exemple, pour les visiteurs qui ont un billet d’avion à imprimer ou une messagerie à consulter. La connexion Wifi est gratuite pour les consommateurs du café.

OUR HISTORY
The C.COM C@fé was created in 1999 by Ms. Cécile DANION. She literally fell in love with Anglo-Saxon pastries. In Quimper, she wanted her own coffee shop and to find the atmosphere she loved in London or on the other side of the Atlantic where her sister lives.

C.COM C@fé enjoys a remarkable location in Quimper, opposite the halls, with its large, colourful and sunny terrace overlooking the Steir River.
The cuisine is simple (sandwiches, salads, hot dishes in winter...) but sophisticated (Anglo-Saxon recipes, flavours of the world, "fusion cuisine", vegetarian or dietetic recipes, sweet and sour...).
The recipes are prepared every morning. Apart from tabbouleh, mayonnaise, fruit in syrup, everything is homemade and manufactured with, for the most part, fresh produce.

OPERATION

Every month, a young artist exhibits his productions to both dress the walls of restaurants and for the pleasure of customers.
Computers and a printer can be useful, for example, for visitors who have an air ticket to print or a courier service to consult. Wifi connection is free for coffee consumers.
