FR La Peugeot 304 est une voiture moyenne de catégorie 7 CV, elle est produite par le constructeur automobile Peugeot de 1969 à 1980.
La gamme de carrosseries de la Peugeot 304 est calquée sur celle de son aînée (204): on trouve ainsi une berline, un coupé, un cabriolet, un break et un break utilitaire tôlé. La caisse en tôle d'acier est du type monocoque, les dix ouvrants étant, eux, démontables et fixés par vis et écrous dont le diamètre varie de six à dix millimètres : capot, ailes avant, portières, malle de coffre, ailes arrière. La carrosserie est protégée par des pare-chocs à lames en inox massif — insensibles à la corrosion — revêtues de bourrelets en caoutchouc.

Le break (modèle trouvé ici) est lancé en 1971, identique au break 204, il reprend la face avant 304 et se dote d'un intérieur mieux fini, en particulier d'un habillage en faux bois dans le coffre et sur la face arrière de la banquette.

La voiture disparaît de la gamme à l'été 1979 pour les berlines et au printemps 1980 pour les breaks et fourgonnettes, elle est remplacée par la 305.

Le modèle trouvé et présenté ici est une 304 break mais il m'est totalement impossible de déterminer l'année et le niveau de finition.

EN The Peugeot 304 is a medium-sized car of category 7 HP, it is produced by the car manufacturer Peugeot from 1969 to 1980.
The Peugeot 304's bodywork range is modelled on that of its predecessor (204): a sedan, coupé, convertible, station wagon and panel van station wagon. The steel sheet body is of the monocoque type, the ten sashes being removable and fixed by screws and nuts with diameters ranging from six to ten millimetres: hood, front fenders, doors, trunk, rear fenders. The bodywork is protected by solid stainless steel blade bumpers - insensitive to corrosion - covered with rubber beads.

The station wagon (model found here) was launched in 1971, identical to the station wagon 204, it takes up the front face 304 and is equipped with a better finished interior, in particular with a faux wood trim in the boot and on the rear face of the bench seat.

The car disappeared from the range in the summer of 1979 for sedans and in the spring of 1980 for estate cars and vans, it was replaced by the 305.

The model found and presented here is a 304 station wagon but it is totally impossible for me to determine the year and level of finish.
