The stained white marble memorial with a broken Doric column stands on a square sandstone base at the western end of a tiled grave in the Gloucester General Cemetery. The lead lettering inscription on the upper half of the base is for Henry C Germon, and reads:

In
Loving Memory of
my dear son and
our dear brother
Henry C. Germon
(Late A.I.F.)
died July 19. 1929,
aged 41 years.
At Rest.
The similar lead lettering on the lower seems to be a later addition, and is for Private George T. Germon, and reads:
also Pte. George T. Germon
Killed in Action Flamelles, France
July 31, 1916,
Aged 26 years.
Duty Nobly Done.
