Plaque at base of a landscaped planter:
This fountain is dedicated to the cherished memory of our teacher and friend, Dr. Bernard C. O'Halloran. Dedicated on Heritage Day, October 10, 1996.

Fountain base has been filled in and roses now grow there. There is also a long section with just white rock.
