This VR embossed box can be found on the A926 Brechin Road on the northern side of the town of Forfar. It lies on the left (west) hand-side of the street heading up the hill on a stone abutment between houses.

Brechin Road is a main route heading north from the town centre and as the name suggests, eventually reaches the town of Brechin 12 miles away via the A90. The road heads uphill northwards and is predominately lined by 19th century stone housing.
