"Le Château Sainte Roseline, basé aux Arcs-Sur-Argens, à proximité de la baie de Saint-Tropez, de la Croisette de Cannes, des Gorges du Verdon ou encore d’Aix-en-Provence, est un Site Classé et un Domaine Cru Classé AOP-Côtes de Provence. Il est l’un des lieux les plus visités de la région.
XI et XIIe siècles
La Chapelle Sainte Roseline et le Cloître
La Chapelle, érigée au XIème siècle, et le Cloître qui la jouxte depuis le XIIème siècle, ont tous deux été classés monuments historiques en 1980. La Chapelle communale abrite le corps et les reliques de Sainte Roseline, Mère Prieure de l’Abbaye de la Celle-Roubaud de 1300 à 1329. De nombreux miracles lui valurent d’être canonisée au XIXème siècle . La Chapelle prit alors le nom de Sainte Roseline. Plus d’information ici.
Le Cloître doté de belles ogives mi-gothiques, mi-romanes est longé par une « Allée de platanes » bicentenaires qui conduit au parc privé du Château.
XXe siècle
Du Baron de Rasque de Laval à la famille Teillaud
1955 : Le Château Sainte Roseline fait partie des premiers Crus Classés de Provence.
1994 : Rénovation complète de l’Abbaye suite au rachat du domaine par Bernard Teillaud. Ce dernier fait appel à l’architecte Jean-Michel Wilmotte pour préserver la noblesse des lieux.
XXIe siècle
L’Ère moderne : Aurélie Bertin et Delphine Meunier
2011 : Aurélie Bertin et Delphine Meunier, les filles de Bernard Teillaud, rachètent le Château Sainte Roseline à leur père et en sont depuis les propriétaires.

En 2007, Aurélie BERTIN-TEILLAUD, passionnée par cette terre, poursuit le développement de ce Cru Classé de Provence et inscrit le domaine dans une démarche de développement durable. La famille TEILLAUD entretient depuis toujours un lien spécial et fort avec l’art contemporain. Ainsi, depuis plus de quinze ans, le Château Sainte Roseline accueille chaque été sur le domaine les œuvres d'artistes confirmés.
110 HECTARES DE VIGNOBLE
Le vignoble du Château Sainte Roseline jouit d'un terroir exceptionnel en Provence : les sols argilo-calcaires et la présence d’une source en profondeur permettent une alimentation maîtrisée de la vigne, gage de l’obtention de grands vins. Il a d’ailleurs été récompensé, en 1955, par la distinction « CRU CLASSÉ ». Aujourd'hui, le vignoble AOP Côtes de Provence Cru Classé s'étend sur 110 hectares où 11 cépages sont cultivés permettant ainsi la production de vins rosés, blancs et rouges au sein de notre vignoble Sainte Roseline.
L'équipe veille toute l'année au bon développement de la vigne grâce à des pratiques culturales exigeantes visant à favoriser la concentration des baies. La quête permanente de qualité nous a conduit à l’adoption d’un nouveau système de tri particulièrement novateur et à la pointe de la technologie. Ultra moderne, le chai de vinification du Château Sainte Roseline s'étend sur 800 m2. Il est doté de nombreuses cuves, toutes thermo-régulées offrant à l'équipe de cavistes, un bel outil de travail. Pour les rouges : Syrah, Mourvèdre et Cabernet Sauvignon. Pour les rosés : Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault et Tibouren. Pour les blancs : Rolle et Sémillon."

The Chapel of Saint Roseline and the Cloister
The Chapel, erected in the 11th century, and the Cloister which has adjoined it since the 12th century, were both classified as historical monuments in 1980. The Communal Chapel houses the body and relics of Saint Roseline, Mother Prioress of the Abbey of La Celle-Roubaud from 1300 to 1329. Many miracles led to her being canonized in the 19th century. The Cloister with its beautiful half-gothic, half-romanesque warheads is bordered by a bicentenary "Alley of plane trees" which leads to the private park of the Castle.
20th century

The vineyard of Château Sainte Roseline enjoys an exceptional terroir in Provence: the clay-limestone soils and the presence of a deep spring allow a controlled feeding of the vine, a guarantee for the production of great wines. In 1955, it was awarded the "CRU CLASSÉ" distinction. Today, the AOP Côtes de Provence Cru Classé vineyard extends over 110 hectares where 11 grape varieties are cultivated allowing the production of rosé, white and red wines within our Sainte Roseline vineyard.
