The Guest Book is on a waist-high, relocated stump, at the entrance to the souvenir shop of the Featherdale Wildlife Park, in Sydney's northwest.
When not in use, it can be covered with a hinged wooden board flap. A pen is left there, and normally placed into a chained cap. Hanging from the awning, directly above the Guest Book is a sign, stating:
"We love hearing from you! Please sign our guest book and share your Featherdale experience with us."
