This headstone plaque in the Redbank Cemetery is for Mark Anthony Minett, who was accidentally killed in 1985.

The polished black marble tablet is on a low-angled sandstone plinth, at the western end of tile-topped, sandstone edged grave. The plaque has a small black and white cameo photo of Mark. The white-filled, etched inscription reads:
