Located in the parking lot of the El Centro Mall. It's far enough from the building you should have no problem finding close parking. Don't be surprised if you can park right on top of it. I have placed a red X in the area photo for the exact location of the Palindrome.
I have filled in an Excel sheet with coordinate Palindrome numbers. Any variable full Degree can be substituted in to create all 360 possible palindrome locations in any N/S degree x E/W degree area.
