FR Depuis des années, quand je passe à Forcalquier, je me gare sur ce parking, très proche du centre ville.
Il y a déjà longtemps, je me suis rendu compte que les panneaux, côté nord-ouest, sont inversés : le haut des panneaux est en bas, le bas des panneaux est en haut.
En France, le panneau qui indique à un automobiliste qu'il a la priorité sur une voitures qui arrive en face, dans une portion trop étroite pour que 2 véhicules s'y croisent (pont ancien, petit tunnel, ...) est un carré bleu, entouré de blanc. La flèche du sens de direction prioritaire est blanc, large et coté droit, dans le sens bas vers le haut. L'autre sens de circulation est symbolisé par une flèche plus étroite et rouge du haut vers le bas, côté gauche.
De l'autre côté de la voie, le panneau qui indique une restriction est rond, cerclé de blanc. Le sens de circulation du véhicule est symbolisé par une flèche rouge, étroite, du bas vers le haut, côté droit. Le sens de circulation prioritaire est une flèche bleue, large, du haut vers le bas, côté gauche.
Ici, les deux panneaux sont à l'envers ! Personne ne sait qui a la priorité. Heureusement, ils ne sont que sur une portion de voie très courte de quelques mètres.

On the other side of the track, the sign indicating a restriction is round, circled in white. The direction of movement of the vehicle is symbolized by a red arrow, narrow, from bottom to top, right side. The priority traffic direction is a blue arrow, wide, from top to bottom, left side.
Here, the two panels are upside down! No one knows who has priority. Fortunately, they are only on a very short stretch of track of a few meters.
