Memorial tablet dedicated to Hugh Logan, killed in WWI, in St Peter's church, Church Langton. The memorial consists of a light brown marble tablet with raised border & contrasting grey-green marble outer border. The incised inscription isinfilled with black paint, and reads -
To the dear memory of
HUGH LOGAN
Leicestershire Yeomanry
Born at East Langton May 10th 1885
Died Feb 24th 1919 at Tournai Belgium
Aged 33
"He died and left so sweet a memory
that still he seems to live."
