Located in a residential neighborhood of Hialeah is a quadrivia. The north/south roads are NW 58th Place and W 5th Lane. The east/west roads are W. 63rd Street and NW. 117th Street.

It's interesting to note that the intersection signs at street level indicated W. 5th Ln and W 63rd St. along with NW. 58th Pl. and NW. 117 Street, however, Google Maps indicates that NW 117th Street is labeled W. 64th Street. Regardless of the discrepancies whether using physical street signs or Google Maps it is a Quadrivia.
