The municipality grants a budget of 1500 euros every year to the library for the purchase of books and supplies, the rest of the documentary fund consists of a deposit of the Departmental Library of Vienna renewed three times a year during the passages from the Bibliobus.
The library accepts donations of books and magazines only in good condition and whose seniority does not exceed 5 years. The selection is made during the hotlines, there is no deposit at the town hall outside the hotlines.
The volunteers wish to develop moments of exhibitions during the permanence. We are looking for collectors or creative amateurs (postcards, photos, paintings, drawings) who would agree to entrust their works or collections to us for an exhibition for one or two weeks during the permanence (no sale of products only exhibition).
The Romagne library participates every year in book animation actions organized with all of the canton's libraries, it also participates in the “reading committees of the canton” to enrich and harmonize the acquisition policy.

La municipalité octroie un budget de 1500 euros tous les ans à la bibliothèque pour les achats d'ouvrages et les fournitures, le reste du fonds documentaire est composé d'un dépôt de la Bibliothèque Départementale de la Vienne renouvelé trois fois par an lors des passages du Bibliobus.
La bibliothèque accepte des dons de livres et de revues uniquement en bon état et dont l'ancienneté ne dépasse pas 5 ans. La sélection se fait lors des permanences, il n'y a pas de dépôt à la mairie en dehors des permanences.
Les bénévoles souhaitent développer des moments d'expositions lors des permanences. Nous sommes à la recherche de collectionneurs ou amateurs créateurs (cartes postales, photos, peintures, dessins) qui accepteraient de nous confier leurs œuvres ou collections pour une exposition pendant une ou deux semaines lors des permanences (pas de vente des produits uniquement exposition).
La bibliothèque de Romagne participe tous les ans aux actions animations livres organisées avec l'ensemble des bibliothèques du canton, elle participe aussi aux « comités de lecture du canton » pour enrichir et harmoniser la politique d'acquisition.
