The depicted stone CoA of Royal town Kutná Hora (the Habsburg-era version without Hussite golden chalice), decorates eastern facade of house N° 562 in Jakubská Street (Dum c.p. 562 v Jakubské ulici). This version of the CoA uses Imperial shield with F. III letters (initials of the Roman Emperor Ferdinand III who changed the CoA at the request of the local counter-reformation activist in 1641).

A pictoresque small burgher house N° 562 in Jakubská Street (dum c.p. 562 v Jakubské ulici) with Empire-style facade and Gothic-Baroque core is one of valuable witnesses of architectonic development of medieval centre of Kutná Hora.

Kutná Hora is a city situated in the Central Bohemian Region of Bohemia, which is now part of the Czech Republic. Kutná Hora developed as a result of the exploitation of the silver mines. In the 14th century it became a royal city endowed with monuments that symbolized its prosperity and the secocon most important city of Czech Kingdom. The Cathedral of St. Barbara, a jewel of the late Gothic architecture, and the Cathedral of Our Lady at Sedlec, which was restored in line with the Baroque taste of the early 18th century, were to influence the architecture of central Europe.
