"Foram adquiridas 12 aeronaves. Entraram ao serviço em 1977 e foram abatidas ao efectivo em 1993.
Com o abate dos F-86 Sabre, os T-38 foram colocados na Esquadra 103 na Base Aérea Nº 5.
Em janeiro de 1987, a Esquadra foi transferida para a Base Aérea Nº 11, onde se mantiveram até ao seu abate ao efectivo da FAP.
Em 1990 começaram a ser utilizados no Curso de Introdução Operacional com vista ao aperfeiçoamento dos pilotos que eram destinados às esquadras de combate."

"12 aircraft were purchased. They entered service in 1977 and were slaughtered in 1993.
With the slaughter of the F-86 Saber, the T-38s were placed in Squadron 103 at Air Base No. 5.
In January 1987, the Squadron was transferred to Air Base No. 11, where they remained until they were slaughtered by the FAP force.
In 1990, they began to be used in the Operational Introduction Course in order to improve the pilots who were destined for combat squads."
