It's table service here. Their focus is on plates or sandwiches, but you do have the option to order by the half pound. Your choices are brisket (sliced/chopped), sausage (regular or jalapeño), ribs, ham, turkey, grilled chicken, and pulled pork. They've got chicken strips and small plates for the kids, and a four choice vegetable plate if you've got someone with you who doesn't partake of barbecue. They also have burgers, baked potatoes (which you can fill with barbecue), and some bowls in the form of "BBQ & Beans" and cornbread and beans. They do have some appetizers, probably best for a small group to share, as they're otherwise going to feed you pretty well. They offer two family packs with two to three pounds of meat and all the fixins, including a gallon of iced tea, $43.99 or $61.99. A less crazy "pig out" option is the five meat plate for $24.99, and the cheapskates can get a baked potato for $4.99. For drinks, it's soft drinks and iced tea, and they have a small beer menu. If you plan to have room after all that, pick up some of their banana pudding or peach cobbler. They've also got ice cream. Service is great, and they have free wi-fi if you need it.

Betty Rose's does have a drive-thru window, but you're always welcome to come inside and head off to a side counter where they'll be happy to take care of you. This is a nice location for those who are staying in one of the hotels nearby. There are many options for dining, both dine-in and fast food, as well as a Starbucks and 2 Profs Gourmet Ice Cream for a sweet fix.
