Morelli-An Olyphant native, Korean Conflict veteran and recipient of the bronze star who served as the longest standing sergeant of the guard of the Tomb of the Unknown soldier at Arlington National Cemetery. He was awarded the Tomb Honor Guard badge, the second least awarded medal of the US Army.

The marker is made of medal similar to Pennsylvania Historical Markers.
